How It Works

A simple twist of the SOSeFlare's head activates its LED beacon, which combines a bright white distress light with an infrared signature visible to night-vision-equipped rescue crews. Unlike a pyrotechnic flare, it keeps signalling continuously for hours rather than seconds, giving rescuers a far longer window to spot your position — and once the emergency's over, simply twist it off and it's ready to use again next time.
