Do you have a retail store? Can I come to your warehouse to pick up my order?
We are an online retail store only and don't have a shopfront for you to visit, however we do have a pick up option for some of our items to collect from our warehouse on the Gold Coast. Please call to discuss this with us at 1300 228 051 and please do not show up without contacting us first.
What payment method do you accept?

When do you post items? What is postage cost?
Delivery is mainly via Australia Post however we may choose to send your parcel via another courier such as Aramex, TNT or Couriers Please and Toll. We endeavour to despatch orders same day or next business day, however should your item be out of stock or there is a complication with your order there may be delays. We will notify you with an ETA via your Outdoors Warehouse account if there are any unexpected delays.
Our postage is calculated at checkout based on the items in the cart and where these are being shipped to, however we also have a capped price for deliveries in Australia.
I'm interested in a product on your site, however I would like it in a different colour/shape/size/style/etc. Am I able to do this?
We will most certainly try to assist you with any special requests you may have regarding our store or products. Just send us your request via the contact us page and we will do our best to help.
I placed an order this morning on your website and the status is "awaiting fulfilment", does this mean you do not have the item in stock?
Don't worry, this is normal. Once your payment is received, your status will change to "awaiting fulfilment". This means that your order is now ready to be picked and packed, and will generally be shipped the next day. Should there be a problem with your order we will be in contact with you before that stage.
I was looking to place an order for quite a few items, do you offer any kind of discount for bulk orders?
We like to reward our customers who place large orders and also those who frequently return with offers from time to time. Please contact us if you have a large order and we can work out special pricing for you.

I live in NSW and I know commercially made slingshots are illegal, can you send me one anyway?
No. But you can purchase a Pocket Shot which is a revolutionary evolution of the traditional slingshot. It has a circular design that allows a quick load at two to three times the rate of a regular slingshot.
Do you send to PO Box addresses?
Yes, however if you pay via Paypal or Credit Card, you must also supply a street address for security.
Will the Vortex Rifle Scopes fit my 22 cal. rifle? What is the difference between BDC and V-Plex?
I would suggest Crossfire 2 models 4-2x44 or 4-12x40 AO models or you can use (as suggested) Diamondback 4-12x40 no problem. BDC reticle is a Ballistic Drop Chart reticle which is not really suitable for 22 but it can be used. It is simpler to use V plex/Duplex reticle for hunting these kind of calibres and distances where BDC is more suitable for LR ( long range) shooting. Crossfire 4-12x44 would give enough light for low light conditions and would handle all optical demands for 22 easily for any kind of shooting distance or style.
