Jacaru Black Chinstrap with Spring Toggle is made of leather. The two sections enable you to attach the strap on each side of your hat. The chinstraps can be temporary or permanent depending on how you fit them to your hat, e.g. sewing them on or fitting them through the breathing holes in your hat.
