The 7" fillet knife is suitable for a range of fish and is ideal for our most popular fish like Bream, Flathead, Yellowbelly and Redfin. It is easily sharpened, has great rust resistance properties, and the pakkawood handle is very comfortable to hold. This knife comes with a durable nylon sheath instead of a leather one as, although leather sheaths look good they are not practical for a fillet knife.
