Delivery Details
We endeavour to despatch orders same day for orders before 11am and all our stock comes from Australian warehouses. Should your item be out of stock or there is a complication, we will notify you with an ETA via email or your Outdoors Warehouse account if there are any unexpected delays.
We estimate the following delivery times once your payment is cleared and order has been dispatched. Orders placed after 11am will usually be sent the following business day.
Australian major cities & surrounding areas 1-5 days
Australian remote areas 4-14 days
The estimates given at the checkout stage of your order are estimates from date of DISPATCH, NOT date of ORDER/PAYMENT. Outdoors Warehouse are not responsible for freight delays. The estimated date of delivery between these two points is business days and we recommend you allow another 3 business days in case of any unforeseen delays on non Express Post articles.
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive we suggest contacting the courier company direct for the fastest resolution (details usually on tracking page). We are also happy to do this on your behalf if you prefer, just send us an email with your enquiry.
Regular Delivery / Flat Rate Delivery
We use a several different couriers and which one we choose will depend on your parcel size and delivery location. Deliveries do NOT require a signature and will be left at the premise if unattended unless requested otherwise in order notes. Rates are calculated based on your order size and postcode at the checkout stage. Flat rate postage will be the same, regardless of order size and delivery location.
Express Delivery
This method is generally Australia Post Express or equivalent and the fastest possible way to receive your order. Rates are calculated based on your order size and postcode at the checkout stage.
International Delivery
Available only to Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States.

Pickup
Some items may be picked up from our Gold Coast dispatch warehouse. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm if your item is available for pickup at that location. This is a warehouse and not a retail shop, we are not currently setup for casual browsing.

*Returns Procedure*
In summary, Outdoors Warehouse will accept the following returns within 14 days of dispatch:
Non-defective goods (e.g. change of mind, exchange of size)
Please be aware, these instances will incur a 10% item value re-stocking fee;
Customer will be responsible for any additional freight charges
Defective goods (e.g. broken, or faulty)

Please contact us for more information and to determine if you are eligible and meet requirements to return your product.

- Click "Return Items"
- Complete the returns form on this page and "Submit Return Request"
We will then contact you regarding your options.
All goods sold by Outdoors Warehouse come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
