I ordered this product and it was well packaged with clear instructions. I fitted the replacement rubber onto my existing Marksman slingshot including the end caps for the slingshot frame which came in the packaging with the new kit. Unfortunately, one of the rubbers broke immediately behind the connection to the slingshot frame after only about 5 “shots”. This would seem to indicate that the item was either faulty, that I incorrectly fitted it, or that it is just a poor quality item. I have cut the damaged end of the broken rubber and also cut the unbroken rubber to the shorter length and refitted the rubbers to the slingshot frame and it now seems to be working satisfactorily. This might suggest that my fitting of the rubber to the frame was satisfactory, and the item is either defective, or just a poor quality replacement.
