The Olight brand produce top quality products that very rarely have manufacturer faults. However, we do every now and then get customers calling with concerns when they first use the light. 99.99% of the time it is a loose tail cap. This occurs during the shipping process the tail cap can become loose but it can be tightened very easily-- as shown in the video below.
