Garment Design:
Burke and Wills use skilled designers who combine aesthetics with practicality to create garments that offer the ultimate in safety, protection and comfort.
Computer Accuracy:
The garment patterns are digitized, manipulated and graded using the latest technology hardware and Stylecad software. This ensures accuracy, consistency and efficiency. The same system is used to create the cutting markers to achieve the highest fabric yields possible.
Fabric Cutting--The fabric is then laid on the cutting table, checked for quality, and then cut using power cutting knives.
Sewing:
Burke and Wills use skilled sewing machinists whose areas of expertise vary. This enables Burke & Wills to produce a variety of different garment styles. Machinists are responsible for their work, which in turn improves the quality. After the fabric and leather is cut, the pieces are sewn together on modern industrial sewing machines. Some machines have been especially imported from Europe and Japan to maximize quality, consistency & efficiency.
