Restricted Weapons Policy

Outdoors Warehouse offers several products that may be restricted for purchase in certain Australian states and territories. Sale of these items is limited to those areas where the item is legal to purchase.

Outdoors Warehouse makes it's best effort to keep up to date on current laws and regulations however these are complex and subject to change. Therefore any summary or information regarding such laws and regulations at any time can never and will never serve as legal advice in any way. If you have any questions about any law or regulation, Outdoors Warehouse advises you contact your relevant state authority. It is ultimately the Customer's responsibility to investigate the laws and regulations and ensure that any item is legal to use, carry, possess, purchase and/or own within the Customer's intended state or territory.

Outdoors Warehouse reserves the right to request documentation from the Customer to support their eligibility for purchase, eg photo ID, security license.

By proceeding with a transaction to purchase a restricted item the Customer certifies that:

  1. Customer has reviewed all Australian federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations related to the use, possession, purchase and/or ownership of the restricted item
  2. the Customer is legally permitted to use, possess, purchase and/or own the restricted item
  3. the item(s) will be used for lawful purposes only, and the Customer is not associated with any criminal group or criminal enterprise
  4. the Customer is at least 18 years of age, or of the appropriate legal age for an item according to applicable federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations
