*Shipping Procedures*

Delivery is mainly via Australia Post however we may choose to send your parcel via another courier such as Aramex, TNT or Couriers Please and Toll.

We endeavour to despatch orders same day or next business day, however should your item be out of stock or there is a complication with your order there may be delays. We will notify you with an ETA via your Outdoors Warehouse account if there are any unexpected delays.

We estimate the following delivery times once your payment is cleared and order has been dispatched. Orders placed after 11am will be sent the following business day.

Australian major cities & surrounding areas     2-5 days
Australian remote areas                                     4-10 days

The estimates given at the checkout stage of your order are estimates from date of DISPATCH, NOT date of ORDER/PAYMENT. Outdoors Warehouse are not responsible for freight delays. The estimated date of delivery between these two points is business days and we recommend you allow another 3 business days in case of any unforeseen delays on non Express Post articles. 

Regular Post-

This method may include Australia Post or Courier. It does NOT require a signature and will be left at the premise if unattended unless stated otherwise. Regular Post shipping rates are calculated using Australia Post rates for convenience based on your postcode at the checkout stage.

Express Post-

This method is generally Australia Post Express or equivalent and the fastest possible way to receive your order. Express shipping rates are calculated using Australia Post rates based on your postcode at the checkout stage.

 

*International Orders*

Available only to Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States.

*Pickup*

Some items may be pickup up from our Gold Coast dispatch warehouse. Please contact us prior to ordering to see if your item is available for pickup at that location.

 

 

*Returns Procedure*

In summary, Outdoors Warehouse will accept the following returns within 14 days of dispatch:

Non-defective goods (e.g. change of mind, exchange of size)
Please be aware, these instances will incur a 10% item value re-stocking fee; 
Customer will be responsible for any additional freight charges


Defective goods (e.g. broken, or faulty)

EITHER

Please contact us for more information and to determine if you are eligible and meet requirements to return your product.

OR

  1. Determine if your product is ok to be returned
  2. Log in to your account (if you do not have an account, please contact us directly)
  3. Click on "Completed Orders"
  4. Click "Return Items"
  5. Complete the returns form on this page and "Submit Return Request"

We will then contact you regarding your options.

All goods sold by Outdoors Warehouse come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
