FAQ

Do you have a retail store? Can I come to your warehouse to pick up my order?
At the moment we do not have a retail store and only operate online.

We can not accept visitors to our warehouse so all orders must be shipped to you.

What payment method do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Afterpay and PayPal

When do you post items? What is postage cost?

Delivery is via Australia Post however we may choose to send your parcel via our road courier should it exceed Australia Post sizing guidelines. We endeavour to despatch orders same day or next business day, however should your item be out of stock or there is a complication with your order please expect delays. We will notify you with an ETA via your Outdoors Warehouse account if there are any unexpected delays.

We estimate the following delivery times once your payment is cleared and order has been dispatched. We are not in an Express Post region, therefore please be aware there is an extra day for delivery if you select Express Post. Orders placed after 11am will be sent the following business day.

Australian Major Cities & Surrounding Areas     2-4 days
Australian Remote Areas                                 5-9 days

Please note these times are estimates only and may change due to unexpected delays from Australia Post. The estimates given at the checkout stage of your order are estimates from date of DISPATCH, NOT date of ORDER/PAYMENT. Outdoors Warehouse are not responsible for Australia Post delays.

Regular Post- This method is via satchel and will scan at the delivery depot (and sometimes lodgement) on the day of delivery, and once delivered. It does NOT require a signature and will be left at the premise if unattended. Regular Post shipping rates are calculated using your postcode at the checkout stage.

Express Post- This method is similar to 'Tracked Parcel Post', however it will be sent via fastest possible way and sometimes delivered next day (if in the network). Express Post shipping rates are calculated using your postcode at the checkout stage.

I'm interested in a product on your site, however I would like it in a different colour/shape/size/style/etc. Am I able to do this?

We will most certainly try to assist you with any special requests you may have regarding our store or products. Just send us your request via the contact us page and we will do our best to help.

I placed an order this morning on your website and the status is  "awaiting fulfillment", does this mean you do not have the item in stock?
Dont worry, this is normal. Once your payment is received, your status will change to "awaiting fulfillment". This means that your order is now ready to be picked and packed and will generally be shipped the next day. Should there be a problem with your item we will be in contact with you before that stage.

I was looking to place an order for quite a few items, do you offer any kind of discount for bulk orders?
We like to reward our customers who place large orders and also those who frequently return with offers from time to time. Please contact us if you have a large order and we can work out special pricing for you.

I have never bought anything from the internet before, can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we are happy to answer your questions or take your order over the phone. Our Number is: 1300 228 051

We have tried to make our store as customer friendly as possibly so even newcomers to the online purchasing world will find it easy.

I live in NSW and I know commercially made slingshots are illegal, can you send me one anyway?
No. But you can purchase the Pocket Shot Slingshot.

Do you send to PO Box addresses?
Yes, however if you pay via Paypal or Credit Card, you must also supply a street address for security.

Will the Vortex Rifle Scopes fit my 22 cal. rifle? What is the difference between BDC and VPlex?
I would suggest Crossfire 2 models 4-2x44 or 4-12x40 AO models or you can use (as suggested) Diamondback 4-12x40 no problem. BDC reticle is a Ballistic Drop Chart reticle which is not really suitable for 22 but it can be used. It is simpler to use V plex/Duplex reticle for hunting these kind of calibers and distances where BDC is more suitable for LR ( long range) shooting. Crossfire 4-12x44 would give enough light for low light conditions and would handle all optical demands for 22 easily for any kind of shooting distance or style.
